Dr. Leana Thanos

Dr. Thanos’ journey into dentistry began early in her childhood. Growing up in Soviet Russia, she witnessed her mother lose her teeth at just 30 years old due to a lack of healthcare. At only six years old, Leana vowed she would one day become a dentist—so no one else would have to suffer that way.

Today, her patients describe her as empathetic, kind, meticulous, and calming—someone who listens first and provides care without judgment. On the other hand, her colleagues often turn to her for guidance on complex cases, trusting her 30+ years of experience and high medical standards.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Thanos is a South Florida resident of over 20 years, a proud mother of two sons, an avid runner, a dedicated yogi, and a self-proclaimed health enthusiast who believes wellness should be part of daily life.
